India, people know a lot about cricket, but still few people are aware from the
history of cricket. Cricket starts around 15th century. Many cricket fans will

that cricket started from France around the 15th century. It is believed that
initially playing cricket started by young children of France. They used to use
a type of wood ball and prevented them from going from one bat stance to the
goal. Cricket has been confined to children's play for many centuries. These
children used to play cricket in sheep grazing places and in the field. They
used to use tree sticks for stumps. In the first half of the 17th century,
adults began to adopt cricket.
The first game played in France in
France is confirmed by a person writing a letter to King Louis 11, which he
wrote in 1478. He had discussed in this letter about a game that people from a
village in France used to play, in which the boules and croquet (a wooden
poles) were used. In this letter, he also told about the death of a person
